This page lists every third-party service Motivation.dev uses to process personal data on its behalf. Each entry shows the provider's role, where it processes data, and a link to the provider's own user-data policy or privacy notice. For the cookies each provider sets, see the Cookie Policy.
This is the canonical source of truth for our sub-processor and API-provider list. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy link here rather than duplicating the list, so an update made on this page is reflected everywhere automatically.
A sub-processor is a third party that processes personal data under our instruction. We carry out due diligence on every sub-processor before engagement and put a written data processing agreement in place that obliges them to apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or an adequacy decision — see the Privacy Policy, section 8.
Where we consume APIs from third-party providers, we comply with each provider's API terms and user-data policy. For Google APIs specifically, our use adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.
The directory below is current as of the date in the page header. Each row shows the provider, its purpose, where it processes data, and a link to the provider's own privacy policy. For the cookies each provider sets directly on our website, see the Cookie Policy.

We review the directory above whenever we engage or remove a sub-processor, and at minimum once each quarter. The “Updated” date in the page header always reflects the most recent revision. Material changes — for example adding a new processor that handles personal data — are notified to active customers in advance by email. To object to a new sub-processor, please use our contact form.
If you have questions about any sub-processor listed here, or wish to raise a concern, please use our contact form.
